Charlene is a chipette that was the basis for the character Brittany Miller.

While she never canonically appeared in the series, she appeared in an animated music video in 1982 as a prototype of the Chipettes (namely, Brittany, as evidenced by her ponytail) Her image could be found in the art for When you Wish upon a Chipmunk.
